To Import an Index:

Click on the Language Book Index below that you wish to import.

The Language Book Index will open. (This will appear in code.) Save this document to your computer or flashdrive.

Go to your DiGIMS Online account at www.DiGIMSonline.com.

On your Dashboard under Initial Setup, click Add/Edit Language Book Index.

Click the Import button.

Click Browse.

In the Choose File dialogue box, locate your saved Language Book Index and select it.

Click Open. Click Import. The Language Book Index will now appear in your account.

* A Language Book Index is an index of page/exercise numbers from your class language book. Page numbers and exercise numbers are automatically added to student reports, providing each student completely individualized instruction in the book. Self-edit reports inform each student of how you assessed him and where he can find individualized help in his language book with the revision process. Based on your assessment of the student’s writing, DiGIMS Online will also suggest exercises in his language book that he should complete, based on individual need for practice or remediation.
Add your Language Book Index from our bank, create your own customized index, or import a customized index from a colleague. (You may also import an index from this bank and customize it to fit your needs.)
Worksheet numbers, website addresses, and references to class notes may also be used to create a custom index.
